1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any service provided by v12bet, you agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out in this document. 3. Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. v12bet accepts payments via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's name. v12bet does not accept third-party payments. Any concern regarding the source of funds may result in the deposit being held for further review.

4. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes once all conditions are met. The withdrawal process is subject to:

The wagering requirement is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000, meaning you need to place bets totalling RM3,000 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As another example, a deposit of RM2,600 earns a bonus of RM1,500 (balance RM4,100) with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500. This wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount received, not the full account balance.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly into cash
• Bonuses are valid for use on the v12bet platform only
• Bonus abuse including attempts to exploit system gaps will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension
• Each promotion has its own validity period which will be stated in the relevant announcement

6. Player Conduct and Acceptable Use

v12bet members are required to use this platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software or systems (bots) to place bets
• Collusion or arrangements between members to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or any activity that breaches financial laws
• Spreading false information or misusing the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Attempts to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to v12bet's security systems

Breaching any of the above will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action where circumstances require it.

7. VIP Programme and Cashback

v12bet provides four VIP tiers for active members. Each tier carries a different weekly cashback benefit depending on your level of betting activity:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Progress through the VIP programme is assessed continuously based on platform usage patterns. Cashback credited is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

8. Responsible Gambling
